Interactive Hospital experience

As the main charity funding new hospital wings, equipment and operations, the National Brain Appeal’s life-saving work is extraordinary but often invisible to the people passing through its spaces. To raise brand awareness, we designed a physical-to-digital campaign that used emerging technology to turn the hospital itself into a storytelling platform.

We created a series of cryptic, curiosity-driven prompts positioned throughout the building. By tapping their smartphones using NFC technology, visitors could unlock hidden stories, insights and real-world impact, transforming everyday corridors into an interactive, immersive experience that revealed the work happening beyond the walls
