Improving UX and digital clarity for NHS Charities Together
NHS Charities Together asked us to help identify and improve key pages across their website, strengthening UX and brand clarity without undertaking a full redesign.
As the organisation evolved rapidly from a membership body into a national charity, large volumes of content had been added in a short space of time. The challenge was bringing greater structure and focus to the site while maintaining continuity for existing audiences.
We facilitated a focused workshop with key stakeholders to identify priority user journeys and pages, helping shape a clear plan for improving information architecture, taxonomy and page layouts.
Updates were delivered through a phased approach across key sections including Home, About, Impact, Fundraise, Donate and Partners, allowing for a smooth transition and clearer insight into user engagement.
The result was a more confident, accessible digital experience that better supported supporters, donors and partners.
