Global Citizens' Assembly website design, UX and digital communications
Communicating climate action with clarity
The Global Citizens' Assembly is an international initiative giving people everywhere a voice in the climate decisions that affect us all. Backed by the COP30 Presidency, the team needed a website that could communicate a complex global initiative with clarity, credibility and purpose ahead of a major moment on the world stage.
Working closely with the Global Citizens' Assembly team, we designed and developed a content-led website rooted in UX, information architecture and digital strategy. We translated a complex proposition into clear user journeys, intuitive navigation and engaging content, creating a digital experience that reflected the organisation's evolving brand while making its mission accessible to governments, partners and citizens alike.
Alongside the main website, we designed the user experience and interface for Assemblis, the organisation's digital platform for citizen assemblies, developing onboarding journeys, landing pages and sign-up flows to support user engagement. We also delivered email strategy and implementation through Brevo, creating a seamless digital journey from first interaction through to platform launch.
Since launch, we've continued to support the team with presentation design, event communications and digital assets for the Bonn Climate Negotiations, London Climate Week and COP30 engagement. Together, this work has created a connected digital ecosystem that helps the Global Citizens' Assembly communicate its mission with clarity and confidence on the global stage.
