Improving digital tools for climate communicators

Climate Outreach are specialists in how people engage with climate change, supporting organisations to communicate in ways that build trust, reduce polarisation and resonate with diverse audiences.

We worked with the Climate Outreach team to bring UX and insight-led thinking to their Climate Talks Toolkit. This included investor pitch decks, in-depth reports and leading an on-site workshop at the University of Bath with key stakeholders, alongside research and analysis to understand user needs, navigation patterns and barriers within the toolkit experience.

Our recommendations focused on improving clarity, accessibility and usability, helping ensure evidence-based insight is easier to navigate, understand and apply, increasing the toolkit’s impact in real-world communication contexts.
