Prostate Cancer Research campaign film and content production

Telling stories that change conversations

With 1 in 4 Black men at risk of prostate cancer, Prostate Cancer Research asked us to create a campaign that would encourage more open conversations within Black communities and highlight the inequalities in diagnosis, treatment and outcomes.

We developed Real Talk, an award-winning campaign built around the experiences of real Black men. From casting and interviews to directing, filming and post-production, we created three powerful films supported by a microsite, social content, video books and conference materials. Every asset was designed as part of a connected production, ensuring the stories could reach audiences wherever they engaged with the campaign.

By putting lived experience at the heart of the production, the campaign challenged stigma, encouraged conversations and helped shine a light on the urgent need for more equitable prostate cancer research. The work has since received national recognition, including a Communiqué Award for Excellence in Healthcare Partnerships, demonstrating the impact thoughtful storytelling can have on complex health issues.
